3W series are special purpose power chucks with innovative ball lock design for gripping tapered casting parts, with self-centering function. 3W can grip the work piece in radial direction and then pull down simultaneously. Gripping on forging or casting part with taper up to 20°, Jaw equalizing: 5° Max. Anti-dust , seal proof and easy to maintain.

The 3W power chuck offers an optional on/off feature which allows an easy change from centralizing to compensating (3W-C). 3W-C can offered centralizing and compensating function.- Swing and grasp the workpiece with three jaws. (3W is automatically positioned to the center type)
- The three jaw chuck is suitable for such materials as the casting and forging process.
- The three-jaw chuck is suitable for heavy machining.
- Seal proof for dust and cutting fluid, it is more convenient when maintenance.
- Swing parts are to heat treatment hardened and ground for steel, in order to improve products service life.

- The three jaw chuck can according to different processing requirements, O.D. Gripping and I.D. Gripping can be interchanged.
